Diese ganz besondere Umlenkrolle mit dem Namen TURBO ROLL von KONG verbindet eine ganze Reihe von außergewöhnlichen Eigenschaften. Sie besteht aus einem starren Gehäuse mit einer „textilfreundlichen“ Basis bzw. sekundärem Anschlagpunkt. Dort kann man Schlingen, Leinen oder Seile bis zu Ø 11.0 mm direkt anbringen bzw. einhängen um z. B. einen Flaschenzug zu konstruieren. Die Laufrolle selbst, die auch für Seile bis Ø 11.0 mm geeignet ist, ist aus Nylon und dadurch sehr leicht, sehr leise und sehr textilfreundlich.

Die TURBO ROLL verfügt über ein Kugellager. Außerdem gibt es bei Laufrollen aus Nylon keinen Abrieb der erst Seile und dann Hände oder Handschuhe verschmutzt. Die TURBO ROLL ist sehr klein in ihren Abmessungen ( 98 mm Gesamtlänge ) und mit nur 65 g verhältnismäßig leicht. Die beruhigende Bruchlast von 26 kN und die PSA Zertifizierung EN 12278 kann sich bei so einer kleinen und leichten Umlenkrolle sehen lassen.

This very special pulley called TURBO ROLL from KONG combines a whole range of extraordinary features. It consists of a rigid housing with a “textile-friendly” base or secondary attachment point. Slings, cords or ropes up to Ø 11.0 mm can be directly attached or hooked onto it, e.g. to construct a pulley block. The TURBO ROLL is equipped with a ball bearing. The pulley itself, which is also suitable for ropes up to Ø 11.0 mm, is made of nylon and is therefore very light, very quiet and very textile-friendly.

What's more, nylon pulleys do not cause abrasion that first stains ropes and then hands or gloves. The TURBO ROLL is very small in size (98 mm overall length) and relatively light at just 65 g. The reassuring breaking load of 26 kN and the PPE certification EN 12278 are impressive for such a small and light pulley.
